Our strength is not only in taking up greenfield projects, but also in minutely planning and executing challenging modification works in existing projects. Featured here is a 20 year old traditional arabic villa in the prestigious Emirates Hills that got a modern facelift. Apart from also creating G+1 extensions, internally we also shifted the staircase location and enclosed some double height spaces. Having to work within the parameters of a pre-existing structure, this project was challenging in bridging the imagination of the client with a feasible aesthetic design. We had the client’s trust and support throughout the project, which was critical for its success.
